Manager: The natural or legal person who, alone or jointly with others, processes personal data on behalf of the person in charge.

Law:  Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and/or its Regulations.

Responsible: Legal and Business Consulting Egg Donors Miracles LLC, in its capacity as a private legal entity that decides on the processing of personal data.

Holder: The natural person to whom the personal data corresponds.

Treatment: Collection, use, disclosure or storage of personal data by any means. The use covers any action of access, handling, use, transfer or disposal of personal data.

You can request that your personal data that the Egg Donors Miracles retains be canceled. You may also limit the use and distribution of your personal data through a written request to The Company. Not with standing the foregoing, The Company may be required under applicable law to retain some or all of your personal data. It is important that the changes you intend to make to your personal data are correct and the data that the company must keep by obligation or legal provision will not be deleted.

The request must be submitted by the HOLDER or his legal representative, to the aforementioned address, said request must contain:

Egg Donors Miracles will notify the owner within a maximum of 20 (twenty) calendar days, counted from the receipt of the request for access, rectification, cancellation or opposition, of the decision adopted, in order for it to be become effective within the following 15 calendar days. These terms may be extended for an equal period when, at the discretion of Egg Donor Miracles, the circumstances of the case justify it.

The right of access proceeds when the owner wishes to know which of their personal data is in the possession of Egg Donors Miracles and the applicable privacy notice.

An access request will be complied with, making available to the HOLDER or his representative, after proving his identity, the documents containing the required personal data, either by means of photostatic copies, a CD containing said information, a USB device or any other means determined by Egg Donors Miracles. Egg Donors Miracles may deny access to personal data, or make the rectification or cancellation or grant the opposition when the applicant is not the HOLDER or the legal representative is not duly accredited for it, when In its database the personal data of the owner is not found, when the rights of a third party are injured, when there is a legal impediment or a resolution of a competent authority that restricts access to personal data or does not allow its rectification, cancellation or opposition and when the rectification, cancellation or opposition has been previously made.
