Dr. Karla Franchesca Arce Martínez is a board-certified gynecologist and obstetrician with a subspecialty in Human Reproductive Biology and advanced training in minimally invasive and robotic surgery. Passionate about helping couples achieve their dream of parenthood, she offers compassionate, personalized care backed by years of experience in fertility and reproductive medicine.
Dr. Karla completed her medical degree at the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara and went on to specialize in Gynecology and Obstetrics at the Hospital Civil Dr. Antonio González Guevara, endorsed by the Universidad Autónoma de Nayarit. She further pursued her subspecialty in Biology of Human Reproduction at the Mexican Institute of Infertility, located at Hospital Puerta de Hierro Andares, with certification from the University of Guadalajara.
Her dedication to excellence also led her to complete international training in Robotic and Minimally Invasive Gynecological Surgery during clinical rotations at Rasseti Gynecology in Los Angeles, California.
Dr. Karla is certified by both the Mexican Council of Gynecology and Obstetrics (COMEGO) and the National Certification Council in Gynecology and Obstetrics (CONACEM).

Mexican Institute of Infertility (2018–2020): Active participant in a range of fertility and assisted reproduction treatments.

EDM (Egg Donors Miracles): Serving as our lead fertility specialist in Puerto Vallarta, Dr. Karla is an integral part of the EDM clinical team, working closely with intended parents and surrogates to ensure expert care and guidance throughout their process.
